Refund/Return Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to travel services provided by MB “Safar LLC” (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a small partnership registered in the Republic of Lithuania under company code 307555331. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be granted.

2. Nature of Services

MB “Safar LLC” operates as a travel agency under activity code 79.11.00 – Travel agency activities. The Company acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers. Refund decisions may therefore depend on the terms and policies of the respective third-party provider.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:
  • Written confirmation has been issued by the Company, and
  • Full or partial payment has been received as agreed.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee reservation until confirmation is provided.

4. Cancellation by Client

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@safarllc.com. Refund eligibility depends on:
  • The cancellation timeframe
  • The terms of the airline, hotel, or tour operator
  • Whether the service is refundable or non-refundable
The following general principles apply:
  • Service coordination fees charged by MB “Safar LLC” may be non-refundable.
  • Administrative charges may apply.
  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be reimbursed once confirmed.

5. Cancellation by Service Provider

If a third-party service provider (e.g., airline or hotel) cancels a confirmed service:
  • The Company will assist in obtaining a refund or alternative arrangement.
  • Refunds will follow the provider’s official policy.
  • The Company is not liable for provider-imposed penalties.

6. Cancellation by MB “Safar LLC”

In rare cases where the Company must cancel a booking due to operational reasons:
  • Clients will be informed promptly.
  • A refund of the amount paid to the Company will be processed where applicable.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds or compensation shall be guaranteed in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to:
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • War or civil unrest
  • Pandemics
  • Airline strikes or operational disruptions
Refunds in such cases depend solely on third-party provider policies.

8. Refund Processing Time

Where a refund is approved:
  • Refunds will be processed after funds are received from the respective service provider (if applicable).
  • Processing time may vary depending on banking procedures and provider timelines.
The Company does not guarantee immediate reimbursement if third-party suppliers delay payment.

9. Payment Model Clarification

MB “Safar LLC” operates under a “Book Now, Pay Later” structure.
  • The website does not process online payments.
  • The Company does not store credit or debit card information.
  • Payments are completed offline via bank transfer or agreed method.

10. Compliance Statement

MB “Safar LLC” operates strictly as a travel agency under Lithuanian law. The Company does not provide financial, banking, investment, cryptocurrency, payment processing, or trading-related services. The Company does not engage in:
  • Money remittance services
  • Immigration brokerage
  • Employment recruitment
  • Trading or sale of goods

11. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved under Lithuanian jurisdiction.

MB “Safar LLC” operates as a travel coordination agency registered in the Republic of Lithuania. The company does not provide financial, investment, cryptocurrency, or payment processing services.
