The Company provides travel planning and coordination services, including international tour package arrangements, hotel and accommodation coordination, transportation planning, and travel consultation. We act as an intermediary between clients and independent third-party travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation operators, and tour operators. As an intermediary, MB “Safar LLC” does not exercise direct operational control over third-party services.
Bookings made through MB “Safar LLC” are subject to the availability and terms of the respective third-party travel service provider. Refunds, cancellations, schedule changes, or service disruptions are governed by the policies of those service providers in accordance with international travel industry standards.
MB “Safar LLC” does not provide financial, banking, investment, insurance, payment processing, money remittance, cryptocurrency, or trading services of any kind. The Company does not hold client funds, process online payments, or act as a financial intermediary. All payments for travel services are completed offline via bank transfer or other mutually agreed payment methods as specified in the booking agreement.
Travel documentation (such as passport, visa, health certifications, or entry permits) is the sole responsibility of the client. The Company does not guarantee visa issuance, airline boarding, or entry into any country. Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel documentation requirements for their intended destinations.
